Applications
KEYCURE 8028 may be used alone or in combination with other suitable photoinitiators (such as Chemacure PI-184 and PI 6022) for UV curable inks and varnishes for applications on paper, wood, metal and plastic materials. Its high absorbance makes it especially suitable for UV curable inks and pigmented coatings. KEYCURE 8028 is particularly indicated for the photopolymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odour and low yellowing are required. KEYCURE 8028 recommended concentration: 0.1-7.0% KEYCURE 8028 recommended applications: Varnish Adhesives Powder coatings inks Clear lacquers for wood, plastic, paper, metal, optical fibres Since your specific applications and conditions of use are beyond KBC’s control, you must determine the suitability of the product and the suggestions mentioned herein for your specific applications
