Keycure POL-100F is particularly indicated for the photopolymerisation of U.V. curable systems when very low curing odour and colour stability are required.
Keycure POL-100F ensures a good balance between speed and through cure when used with TZT and TZM.

Keycure POL-100F is suitable for water based UV curable systems when prediluted in a water

compatible solvent ( i.e. isopropanol ).

Main suggested applications are in the manufacturing of:

- clear lacquers for wood, plastic, paper, metal, optical fibres

- coatings for flooring

- adhesives, printing inks

Optimum concentration is between 0,5 and 5% by weight and depending on system composition,

thickness, and desired cure-speed.

Considering the characteristics of Keycure POL-100F the following handling precautions should

be observed:

- Ensure a clear and well ventilated working area

- Avoid contact with skin (gloves)

- Wear goggles to avoid eyes irritation

Keycure POL-100F should be stored at room temperature and in the dark, we recommend to

avoid temperature higher than 35°C.
